The mission of the managing team is to ensure the Center functions well. The team analyzes and presents suggestions and ideas to the Faculty and School Council which facilitate and encourage participation on behalf of the entire school community. In addition, it also has the mandate to suggest ways to evaluate the Center’s activities and projects and to collaborate in outside evaluations, adopting the necessary measures to assure decisions are coordinated between the School Council and the Faculty within their respective areas of responsibility. It establishes the criteria for designing the Center’s budget. It is responsible for the budget of the Educational Project, Annual School Programs, and the Final School Year Report.
The team members have the following responsibilities:
Maximum responsibility with regard to decision making and in terms of representing the School institutionally, coordination and assignment of tasks within the management team, responding to questions, demands and suggestions made by individuals and different groups within the school.
The mission is to manage the teaching body. The field of responsibility is the supervision of teaching content as well as the methods used in the different areas. The Curriculum Director establishes class schedules, assigns teachers to courses, manages the access exam process for the school students, controls testing and supervises quality control of the entire process.
Manages all administrative issues. Prepares and manages all official documentation (grade reports, Faculty and School Council meeting reports, asset management, etc.). Manages all pre-registration, registration and documentation processes.
Maintains and controls operations of grounds and facility equipment belonging to the School. Thus, it organizes Administration and Services.
