Non-teaching Personnel

In order for the School to operate at its best there is a group of personnel that handle assistance, administration, maintenance, janitorial responsibilities, customer service, etc. This group is known as the Administrative and Service Personnel. The tasks belonging to this group, even though it is not related to teaching, is essential to operating the school.

The group is made up of:

  • Control and information personnel ,which assist management in its executive tasks and assists professors in their teaching responsibilities. Maintenance of school material, assets and supervision of cleaning tasks is also their responsibility. In addition, they assist students and the public regarding any questions they may have and dissemination of information.
  • Registrar personnel ,work in the office attending public requests during designated hours as well as the creation of documentation and maintenance of archive material.
  • Cleaning personnel , are in charge of daily cleaning of all workspaces.
