Showcase design spans from cabinets to large shops windows, from the museum to the design of a fashion runway.
To stimulate interest in this field as well as understanding the language used in the commercial and plastic areas we study the history of architecture and its environment, the history of showcase development, etc. In order to acquire the skills to develop and manage projects we delve into technical drawing, volumetric expression, freehand drawing, color, graphism, computer assisted drawing, technology, systems of construction and theory of showcase design. We also look into the area of legal and organizational frameworks which regulate the field.
To finish, there is a Final Project which allows us to evaluate the skill level acquired in the previous two years.
Once finished, the student will acquire the degree of Upper Level Plastics and Design Arts in Showcase Design.
